00 flour gr 250
sugar gr 200
egg nr 6
baking powder sachet 1
butter gr 200
ladyfingers gr 100
amaretto liqueur glass 1
In una ciotola sbattere le uova con lo zucchero, unire il burro liquefatto e freddo, gli amaretti sbriciolati e le mandorle tritate. Mescolare bene e aggiungere la farina, il lievito e il bicchiere di amaretto. Versate il composto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata e cuocete in forno caldo a 180° per 40 minuti circa.
