yolks nr 4
cream Kitchen l 0.2
grain grated Tablespoons 4
bacon gr 150
salt qb 0
pepper qb 0
Preparation:
Cuocere gli spaghetti in acqua salata. In una padella far rosolare la pancetta, intanto in una ciotola capiente sbattere le uova con la panna, il grana e un pizzico di sale. Aggiungere la pancetta rosolata. Scolare la pasta e aggiungerla al composto nella ciotola, unire il pepe, mescolare bene e servire subito.
Note:
Gli spaghetti possono essere sostituiti da altri tipi di pasta e la pancetta dal guanciale. Si può anche passare in padella gli spaghetti appena conditi per pastorizzare meglio le uova.
