eggs nr 5
sugar gr 300
butter softened gr 150
cocoa gr 150

Preparation:
Sbattete il burro ammorbidito con lo zucchero fino a renderlo spumoso, aggiungete i tuorli uno alla volta, il cacao e il liquore. Unite gli albumi sbattuti a neve mescolando dal basso verso l'alto per non smontarli. Aggiungete i biscotti, sbriciolati non troppo finemente. Arrotolate l'impasto in carta oleata o alluminio dando la forma di un salame. Mettete in frigo e lasciate riposare per un paio d'ore.
Note:
Dose per 2 salami. Si può conservare in congelatore per 3 mesi. Si possono usare anche biscotti normali se non ci sono problemi con la celiachia.
