Description:
Questa ricetta è molto veloce, si può preparare usando il mixer.
Preparation:
Nel mixer mettete il tonno sgocciolato, la maionese, un pizzico di sale, l'erba cipollina, le uova e frullate. Aggiungete il pangrattato e continuate a frullare. Avvolgete l'impasto in pellicola trasparente, dandogli la forma di un polpettone, poi in un foglio d'alluminio facendo attenzione a chiudere bene i lati del polpettone. Immergete in una pentola con acqua in ebollizione e cuocere per 30 minuti. Lasciate raffreddare, tagliate a fette e servite.
