mortadella chopped gr 100
eggs nr 2
bread crumbs qb 0
salt qb 0
pepper qb 0
parsley tuft 1

Preparation:
Tritare finemente il prezzemolo. In una ciotola capiente mettere la carne trita, la mortadella tritata, il prezzemolo e impastare bene. Unire il sale, il pepe e le uova e impastare ancora. Unire il pangrattato poco per volta e continuare a impastare fino a quando l'impasto sarà compatto ma morbido. In una padella scaldare l'olio. Fare delle polpettine grandi come una noce, passarle nel pangrattato e cuocerle poche per volta. Scolare su carta assorbente.
Note:
Si possono anche cuocere in forno. Ungere con un pò d'olio una teglia, mettere le polpettine passate nel pangrattato e muovendo la teglia fatele ungere con l'olio e mettere in forno a 180° per 20 minuti.
