Preparation:
Svuotate la sacca del polipo rovesciandola, eliminate il becco e gli occhi. Lavatelo sotto l'acqua corrente e strofinatelo bene. In una casseruola mettete il succo di limone e l'aceto, adagiatevi il polipo, coprite e portate a bollore. Abbassate al minimo la fiamma, cuocete il polipo per 40 minuti circa senza mai aprire la pentola, ma scuotendola ogni tanto.
Note:
Si può tagliare e pezzi e condire con del buon olio d'oliva e un pizzico di origano.
