Pelate e tagliate a pezzi le patate, sbollentatele in acqua bollente e salata per 5 minuti. Fate rosolare la cipolla tritata fine e la pancetta nell'olio, aggiungete le patate scolate e fatele rosolare per 2 minuti. Salate, mettete il rosmarino e il pangrattato; mescolate e cuocete in forno caldo a 200° fino a cottura delle patate( circa 40 minuti).
