Description:
Questa pastella è ideale per zucchine, cipolle, peperoni ma anche per il petto di pollo, i bocconcini di carne..tutti tagliati a pezzi piccoli (circa 2 cm di lunghezza).
Preparation:
In una ciotola mettete la farina, il sale, l'olio e la birra, mescolate bene e aggiungete l'albume montato a neve. Lasciate riposare per 30 minuti.
Note:
Immergete nella pastella le verdure e friggete in olio caldo.
