Description:
"Panettone" da farcire con creme salate e salumi.
Preparation:
Sciogliere il lievito con un pò d'acqua. In un pentolino mettete il burro e il latte e fate scaldare. In una ciotola mettere la farina e il sale, aggiungere il lievito sciolto, il latte scaldato ma non bollente e l'acqua; mescolate bene il tutto, l'impasto deve diventare morbido e omogeneo. Coprire con pellicola trasparente e lasciare lievitare per un'ora a temperatura ambiente. Per la cottura utilizzate una casseruola alta con diametro 18 cm, ungetela con un pò d'olio e cuocete in forno caldo a 200° per 50 minuti.
Note:
Si usa una casseruola stretta e alta per dargli la forma di un panettone.
