Description:
Ottimo con panna montata.
Preparation:
Montare a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale. Quando sono ben montati aggiungere metà dello zucchero a velo. Quando sarà ben amalgamato, aggiungete lo zucchero a velo rimanente continuando a mescolare. Su una teglia foderata con carta forno,fate dei mucchietti di meringa, aiutandovi con un cucchiaio. Cuocete in forno caldo a 120° per 1 ora e mezza.
Note:
Si può aggiungere qualche goccia di essenza di vaniglia per profumare le meringhe.
