Description:
Insalata di carciofi, tonno e maionese.
Preparation:
Pulire i carciofi. Togliere le foglie esterne più dure, tagliare via le punte e metterli a bagno in una ciotola con acqua e limone per non farli annerire. Mettere i carciofi in una pentola con acqua, sale e pepe in grani e farli cuocere per 30 minuti. Lasciare raffreddare. In una ciotola capiente, mettere il tonno sgocciolato e spezzettato, la maionese e mescolare bene. Tagliare i carciofi a fette sottili e metterli nella ciotola con tonno e maionese. Mescolare bene, aggiustare di sale e pepe e servire.
