Preparation:
In una ciotola impastate la farina con l'olio, un pizzico di sale e l'acqua fino a quando diventa liscia e omogenea, quindi copritela con la pellicola trasparente e lasciate riposare per un'ora. Dividete l'impasto in 2 parti; stendete una parte molto sottile, mettetela in una teglia unta d'olio e metteteci sopra il formaggio a pezzetti. Ricoprite con l'altro impasto, steso anche lui molto sottile, chiudete bene i bordi e forate la pasta con una forchetta. Cuocete in forno caldo a 200° per 25 minuti circa.
