Preparation:
In una ciotola schiacciate le patate, unite la farina, il sale, l'olio e poco per volta l'acqua in cui avrete sciolto il lievito. Lavorate l'impasto fino a renderlo liscio e omogeneo. Lasciate la pasta nella ciotola, copritela con la pellicola trasparente e lasciate riposare per un'ora. Dopo un'ora ungete la teglia con dell'olio, stendete l'impasto lievitato, ungetelo con un pò d'olio e cospargete di origano. Cuocete in forno caldo a 180° per 40 minuti circa.
