tuna in oil gr 280
capers spoon 1
eggs boiled nr 2
ricotta gr 50
garlic clove 1
tomato sauce gr 400
chilli pinch 1
bread crumbs Tablespoons 2
seed oil Tablespoons 4
salt qb 0
Preparation:
Tritate il tonno sgocciolato, le uova sode e i capperi dissalati, unite il trito alla ricotta, regolate di sale e amalgamate. Distribuite il composto sulle crespelle e arrotolatele su se stesse. Fate dorare l’aglio in 3 cucchiai d’olio, eliminatelo, unite il passato di pomodoro, un pizzico di peperoncino e fate cuocere la salsa a fuoco vivo per 10 minuti circa. Ungete con un cucchiaio d’olio una pirofila rettangolare, versate sul fondo metà della salsa di pomodoro, quindi allineatevi sopra le crespelle farcite. Copritele con la salsa rimasta e spolverizzatele con 2 cucchiai di pangrattato. Cuocete in forno caldo a 200° per circa 15 minuti e servite ben caldo.
