Preparation:
Mettete in una casseruola lo zucchero e i tuorli e lavorateli finchè sollevandoli non faranno " il nastro". Aggiungete la farina setacciata e mescolate sciogliendo i grumi. Unite poco per volta il latte caldo bollito e profumato con la vaniglia. Cuocete la crema a calore moderato mescolandola per circa 10 minuti.
Note:
Incidete il bacello di vaniglia prima di metterlo nel latte freddo e portate a ebollizione, poi eliminare il bacello e utilizzate il latte.
