Preparation:
Mettere a bagno in acqua fredda i fogli di gelatina. Sciacquare le fragole, eliminare il picciolo e frullare con lo zucchero finchè otterrete una purea finissima. Strizzare la gelatina ammorbidita, scioglierla in 2 cucchiai d'acqua calda e unirla al composto di frutta sbattendo finchè sarà perfettamente amalgamata. Montare la panna densamente e incorporare al composto di fragole mescolando con delicatezza dal basso verso l'alto. Versare la preparazione in uno stampo a cerniera del diametro di 22 cm e lasciare in frigorifero almeno 6 ore. Sganciare la cerniera dello stampo, fate scivolare la bavarese in un piatto ben freddo e decorare con ciuffi di panna e qualche fragola fresca o candita.
